I. IP address Configuration
The IP address is configured using HiDiscovery software. The configuration process is as follows:
1. Double-click to install HiDiscovery;
2. Open the software, it will automatically search for switches in the Layer 2 network or click to rescan. Click the signal, the LED indicators of the currently selected switch will flash at the same time. Double-click the selected switch to pop up the IP address configuration window.

Or click Properties on the menu bar

After configuring the IP, click OK and the switch IP address will be modified successfully without restarting the switch.
II. Log in to the switch
1. Log in using a web browser
Open the browser, enter the switch IP address in the address bar, and press Enter to enter the switch user login window.
Note: The configuration computer needs to have JAVA installed and the browser supports JAVA. It is recommended to use Firefox

2. Log in using the configuration software HiView
Open HiView.exe or use a browser (computer with JAVA installed) to enter the switch IP address and click the button to enter the switch configuration interface.

3. Use the serial debugging tool to log in to the switch through the command line CLI [generally not used, unless the error is irreversible and a dedicated configuration line is required]

3.1 Prepare the serial debugging line and connect the switch RJ11 port with a computer, the port marked as V.24
3.2 Use the PC hyperterminal to set the communication parameters:

3.3 Enter the CLI configuration interface and enter the user name (User: admin) and password (Password: private) to enter the user mode.
